We are concerned about protecting your privacy. This document
describes how the site handles personal information provided
through this web site. We will post policy changes on
this page so that you are always aware of what information
we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances
we disclose it.
Personal Information and Electronic mail addresses
SPLORE collects personal information for donations, program
participation, and volunteering. This information is only
used for the purposes for which it is provided. We do
not provide this information to anyone under any circumstances,
unless we are required to do so for legal reasons. We
do not show your email address on the site. Individuals
and corporate contributors are listed on the site in recognition
of their generosity. Contributors who do not want their
names listed may request their omission. SPLORE regularly
publishes a newsletter of upcoming events. Individuals
who provide their emails to SPLORE will not receive newsletters
or be added to our mailing list unless specifically requested.

SPLORE is a Utah based non-profit organization
that specializes in providing life-changing outdoor recreation
experiences to children and adults with disabilities and special
needs. SPLORE ran its first accessible rafting program during
the summer of 1977 and for more than 30 years, has served over
30,000 individuals with disabilities as well as their family
members, friends & care providers.
