Forms and Fees
Below you will find program cost rates, as well as all the forms you will need for your Splore experience. All participants must complete a new Information Form and Waiver each year. Packing lists include information for programs in two different seasons. Select the appropriate one for your trip. All paperwork must be completed and turned in on or before the day of your trip. For scholarships, please complete the application below.
